    Will Plan

    Please schedule a Will Plan/Trust Plan/Estate Planning Consultation. The first meeting is held over Zoom/Video conference. You may download ZOOM on your phone or laptop. We will discuss your family and goals during the video consultation. Once your plan is drafted, you may come into the office to review and execute. Upon request, your documents can be mailed by courier for independent execution outside of the office.

    Last Will & Testament

    A legal document that expresses a person's wishes as to how their property is to be distributed after their death. The document starts to control at a person's death. 

    Power of Attorney

    Document that authorizes one person to represent or act on another's behalf in primarily financial matters. The document controls while a person is alive and terminates at their death.  

    Heath Care Surrogate & Living Will

    Document that authorizes one person to represent or act on another's behalf in primarily medical matters if the person is unable to act on his/her own behalf.

     In Florida, guardianship protections for minors are designed to safeguard the personal and financial well-being of children when their parents are unable to care for them.
